To start a return, you can contact us at support@peacebird.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

General Information
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your purchase with coupon, we have the right not to refund the coupon you have used. Please use your coupons prudently.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. If the product is to be returned for reasons other than quality issues (indicated below), the purchaser will have to pay the delivery fees for the product return.
- Certain types of items such as sale items, designer items, special orders or personalized items cannot be returned, like custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- For reasons of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, socks, underwear and other personal clothing.
- Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and color difference in monitor display do not constitute as quality issues;
- Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal reason do not constitute as quality issues;
- Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute as quality issues;
- Defective items that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase do not constitute as quality issues and will not accepted for returns;
- There may be slight differences to different size with the same items due to individual design and style in items.
- Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute as quality issues.The sizing chart and the customer service team can only be a reference.

How to Return
1.Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@peacebird.com to apply return, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. If there is any quality issue, please kindly provide related images of item(s) accordingly.
2.You will receive a confirmation email including return guide from our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
3. After receiving return guide, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and provide related waybill number to our Customer Service Team once you shipped out the parcel.
4.Within 5-10 business days after our warehouse has received and checked your return item(s) , the corresponding refund will be issued to the original payment method based on your communication with our service team.
5. If you have any questions about return, please contact support@peacebird.com, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Note:Â Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Peacebird does not offer price matching or price adjustments.
Order Cancellations
Most orders ship the same day or next day, so please email us at support@peacebird.com within four hours of placing the order and before 12pm PST. There will be no cancellation fees for standard items cancelled prior to shipment.
If four hours or more has passed, the order will be processed for shipping and on-time delivery. At that point, it cannot be canceled and you will need to go through the return process. Shipping costs for returned item will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, our purchaser has to bear the shipping cost of product return.
