Not shipped: you can email support@peacebird.com to cancel your order (cancel parts of your order is acceptable) or make changes to the size of your items (only accepting for changing to a different size of the same item)
After shipped: You cannot change or cancel your order after it's been dispatched. If you insist in cancelling, you must email to support@peacebird.com as soon as possible. No matter your order/orders has/have been cancelled successfully, you will be responsible for the return fee.

We have a transit warehouse in Dongguan, China. In some cases, your order needs to be sent to the transit warehouse for processing first.The overseas tracking number will be updated for you through your email.
If your order status show "it's been delievered", this could be:
1. It is delivered to the transit warehouse in China. A new tracking number will be updated and sent to your email address.
2. Signed by others: in this case, you need to confirm if anyone else signed the parcel for you. If not, please contact our support@peacebird.com.
3. Lost package: in this case, you need to provide us with the lost package certificate of the local logistics provider. Our after-sale customer service team will make further progress for you.
Please contact support@peacebird.com within 14 days if you have any problems or concerns (e.g., the reason for return). Please provide us with photos if we have quality problems. Please clarify your order number in your email and make sure you have read our refund policy before sending us an email.
Based on where you are living and what items you will need to ship, the delivery time will change accordingly (please send the returned goods within 14 days after receiving the goods). You can choose your own logistics carrier. Please provide your tracking number to support@peacebird.com email
If the goods are returned due to quality problems, we will be responsible for the return fee; If the goods are returned for other reasons, you will be responsible for the return fee (see the refund policy for quality problems). According to where you are living and what iems you will need to return, the shipping fee can be varied depend on which carrier you choose.
