Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@peacebird.com with photos of the issue, regardless of whether you purchased the Worry-Free Shopping Package. Weโ€™ll promptly evaluate your case and provide a solution to ensure your rights are protected, which may include a free return shipping label and your choice of a replacement or full refund, covering any shipping costs incurred.

Return Conditions
  • All returned orders will incur a 20% custom feeย on the total price of the returned goods (including customs duties).
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Weโ€™ll inspect returned items before issuing a refund or exchange.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Bank or credit card providers may take additional time to process.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email support@peacebird.com within 8 hours of placing it. Cancellations before shipment incur no fees.

Exchange
Weโ€™re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every Peacebird purchase. We accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt for items in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging intact. A $20 handling fee (including customs duties) will be applied per exchange, regardless of whether you purchased the Worry-Free Shopping Package.

2.Upload required materials,select your preferred return or exchange method,and confirm all details
3.Wait for brand review
4.Once approved,ship back the item and wait for the brand to complete the return or exchange

  • If you purchased Seel protection,you can initiate your return via the email from Seel or directly at resolve.seel.com by entering your order details
  • Once logged in,click [Start a return or exchange]
  • Select the item(s) to return, choose the return reason,and upload photos if needed
  • Choose your preferred return method
    • If you opt for an exchange,you can directly select the replacement item and proceed
  • Confirm the information and click Submit
    • If you choose a refund for original payment or store credit,youสผll be taken directly to the confirmation page to submit
  • After submission, your request status will be Under Review
    • You will receive an RMA number, which can be shared with the brand for reference
  • Once your request is approved, please ship the item back
    • If a prepaid shipping label is available, you can download it from the confirmationpage
  • After shipping,please wait for the brand toprocess the return or exchange
Please note that Return Assurance does not cover the return shipping fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
